Job Title Internal Operations Project Manager GBP 40k - GBP 45k NewportROLEEffectively and diplomatically manage internal resources for projects and programmesManagement of headcount allocation and of line managersManager facilities planning on projects for all office requirements from furniture to IT and comms infrastructure.To ensure the successful completion time, cost, quality - of projects within Operations as part of the overallprogrammes.Provide project management planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling activities on behalf of the Operations 1stLine and projects.Managing the programme of work within Operations making best use of available resources, tools and processes.Act as the single point of contact from Operations with the Project Office to ensure effective communication across allareas of Operations.Support Risk management activity to ensure effective risk avoidance/mitigation.Essential requirements 5 + years in a similar management roleExperience of managing internal resources and servicesPrevious matrix management experiencePrevious experience of operating within a Networks / Comms / IT environmentExcellent Management skills with a flair for diplomacy-Extensive internal resource and relationship management managementexp.RESPONSIBILITIESCoordination, controlling and responsibility for the timely completion of the programme of work in Operations.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDDegree or equivalent in a Business oriented discipline3-5 years experience in a similar roleThe F10 Group offers the services of an Employment Agency for permanent recruitment and the services of an EmploymentBusiness for contract recruitment.
