Based in High Wycombe, our client is the UKs largest integrated communications service provider providing fixed, mobile and internet services to residential and business customers. They are seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager to undertake both pro-active and re-active telesales activity with existing and new customers to sell products and services within the Services Portfolio. Also to follow up on marketing campaigns and leads generated by other departments within the company. You will need two years telesales / telemarketing experience which does not have to be within the telecommunications industry although this is obviously helpful. You will be expected to actively promote the companys name and product portfolio, raise quotations, update the lead database, raise sales orders, keep accurate records of all quotes / contracts, monitor and maintain the pipleline, liaise with the customer to keep them up to date on the progress of their order and answer incoming calls and sales opportunities, successfully closing the sale. |
