This TechTrack 100 online services business require an IT Operations Director to analyse the current customer experience and define and implement a "zero touch" strategy. Of Graduate calibre, you will have natural leadership ability to manage the 50 strong team of helpdesk, customer service and networking ops staff. Ideally your experience will include the development of a customer service strategy in a small, internet driven technical business, as well as senior Corporate experience, within a technically biased Operations Executive role. At this stage we are not looking for strong Sales & Marketing or Finance Operations experience. A high profile role demanding a strong character and Board level gravitas. The successful candidate is likely to have a straight forward communication style, high energy, possess intellectual rigour and be respected for execution excellence.
