Our client a consultingsolutions provider needs a Consultant Technical Architect to work on various large and exciting projects. IT SecurityArchitect / Consultant Technical Architect (data networks, storage and security) will be based on client site anywhere inthe UK as required, starting in Leeds. The IT Security Architect / Consultant Technical Architect will require at least10 years post graduate experience of data networks, data storage and data security, broad experience of technicalarchitecture, broad experience of IT environments, consultancy experience, the ability to work at all client levels fromusers to board. The IT Security Architect / Consultant Technical Architect (data networks, storage and security) willhave proven project management and problem solving skills. The IT Security Architect / Consultant Technical Architect(data networks, storage and security) will need experience of a variety of architectures, in a variety of largeenvironments and big projects. The IT Security Architect / Consultant Technical Architect will be able to show strategicand visionary technical architecture abilities. Taking responsibility of technical suppliers the IT Security Architect /Consultant Technical Architect will be able to work on site and have a strong understanding of all technology on site andensure supplier management. The IT Security Architect / Consultant Technical Architect will have a strong understandingof technology integration, being able to integrate large technologies together.Initially working on one of the biggest integrations in the country the IT Security Architect / Consultant TechnicalArchitect will require a real breadth of knowledge and experience. The IT Security Architect / Consultant TechnicalArchitect will have a degree, strong architecture abilities, a broad knowledge of IT, problem solving skills, productionof business documents, project planning, client requirements gathering, quality systems and a good understanding ofbusiness issues. The IT Security Architect / Consultant Technical Architect will require the flexibility to work onclient sites, away from home, Monday to Friday during consultancy work, otherwise home based.The IT Security Architect / Consultant Technical Architect will earn a competitive negotiable salary up to cGBP 65k, pluscar allowance, benefits, share options and bonuses etc.
