Windows 2000, Windows XP, MS Exchange, Active Directory and general Network support. 1st / 2nd line, working in a small team of 2-3 people supporting around 150 users over 3 sites. Assisting systems administrator where necessary. Excellent telephone skills essential, as is a patient manner. Helpdesk experience minimum 6 months. IT qualification essential. Any experience of web design / development a bonus. Excellent long term career prospects. Must be eligible to work in the UK and live within 30 minutes commute of Sheffield centre.
