Description:

The pre-sales role is varied, with opportunities to be involved at each stage of the sales cycle, from qualificationmeeting through to close, tracking and controlling any trials necessary and providing technical solutions and designs tofit the prospects need.Responsibilities:The major activities are the technical qualification of opportunities with the sales force, RFI/RFP responses, salespresentations and the production of technical demonstrations and presentations. You will also be responsible for thedelivery of Proof of Concepts and customer workshops.This role involves UK wide travel and a full driving license is essential.Technical Skills Required:> 3+ years experience of end-to-end Java/J2EE application development, having participated in applicable developmentprojects.> In-depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, UML and Practical skills in developing Web based applications.Personality Profile:~ Personality of Presales Vibrant, enthusiastic, sales aware, intelligent, committed~ Strong communications skills (verbal and written)~ Good problem resolving ability and self motivated~ Good presentation skills~ A team player with excellent customer facing skills~ A clean driving license and a flexible attitude to travel is essential
