Key Accounts Manager, Children's Dolls, Head Office Northants/Work from Home, GBP 45K Base, GBP 80K OTE + Car Allowance, my client is an international giant in the children's dolls market place. My client is an international giant in the children's dolls/toys sector. They have a reputation for marketing the most innovative and exciting products on the market globally. Due to a huge restructure, internal promotion and aggressive expansion plans in the UK and Europe, this company currently requires one key account to join their head office based in Northants. You will be given full autonomy in your role in which you will be expected to increase ranging, process orders, provide analytical data to accounts and management and build exceptional relationships with your clients. This company as mentioned, has the resources and facilities to ensure that you are trained and developed to ensure you achieve your own professional goals within this company. The team around you is professional, highly respected and willing to help out their teammates when required. The successful candidate will come from a similar BDM/Account management position. You will be fully autonomous and therefore expected to be able to complete several tasks with minimal supervision and take initiative to make sure that what needs to be done is done reliably. You will be highly motivated and ambitious looking to take the next steps in your career with a global leader. You must have experience dealing with the following key accounts, Argos Woolworths or Toys r us. Remuneration for the right candidate will be a base of up to GBP 45,000 (Neg) plus commissions and benefits GBP 80K OTE + Car Allowence GBP 7,000.
