Our clients are looking for a business development executive to sell their labelling solutions and label printers and labelling software packages. Our client offers a friendly and professional service dedicated to provide the best results. They supply diverse markets from prime labels for food and retailing, to pallet labelling of consumer products for delivery to supermarkets. To complement their printers and software, they also manufacture Thermal transfer labels and ribbons in many stock sizes. Many labels are applied to consumer products to be seen on the shelves of major retailers. Clients with automated packaging are catered for with label applicators and packaging tapes. To complete the service to their clients, they also supply label printers and software for variable information printing. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for selling to both new and existing customers, the labelling solutions that the company offers. The territory is already established and new leads are company generated to assist the Sales Representative in succeeding. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day Value Added Packaging production operations and leading outside sales efforts for new and existing accounts. This position will be accountable for providing direction, training, support and leadership to the production staff. Must have ability to effectively present information to senior management, employees and customers in a concise and organized manner. This is not an administrative position but an opportunity for the right individual to lead the profitable growth of a strategically important business unit through hands-on production and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proven closer with an entrepreneurial spirit and existing and established contacts nationwide. Someone with a bachelor's degree will be preferred. Someone with two + years experience in Value Added Packaging Sales and Fulfilment Operations. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and/or packaging job costing/tracking software will also be preferred. PC literate including full suite of Microsoft Outlook applications. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate, both orally and written. |
