Lead Avaya Definity Installation EngineerBased: MidlandsSalary: GBP 40K - GBP 45K + GBP 6.6K Car Allowance + BonusCompany Profile:Our client is a leading provider of contact centre technology solutions to corporate and public sector customers in theUK. They offer business consulting, technology integration and outsourced services working with leading technologypartners including Avaya, Genesys, Witness, Blue Pumpkin and Openwave. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit anexperienced Avaya Definity / Multivantage installation engineer based in the Midlands to act as a technical lead on bigprojects.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for installation of Avaya Definity / Multivantage systems to corporate customers across the UK. Mostinstalltions will be based in the Midlands.- Acting as a technical lead for other engineers for major projects.- Providing customer training and documentation to customers.Experience Required:- A minimum of 3 years working in a field based role, installing Definity / Multivantage PBX and Call Centre equipment.- ACA / ACS certification or equivalent level of understanding. Multi-vantage S8700 and S8300 experience.- A good understanding of general Communications techniques ideally achieved in a field based role including networking &call centre technology. |
