: Learning & Development Advisor to support provide internal consultancy on learning practice, personal developmentplanning, supplier liaison and the development and delivery of courses in a pan-European ISP. You will be CIPD qualifiedin training & development practice; have 5+ years learning and development experience in both programme development anddelivery; have worked in a telco/ISP; and have designed sales development programmes and developed and delivered productsand services training. Your areas of responsibility are: Internal Customer Consultancy Committing to the provision ofhigh quality advice on learning practices and paths. Developing a common approach to learning needs analysis ascertainthe scope and cause of a suggested development gap. Development and management of the sales professional developmentprogramme. Personal Development Planning Analysing and reviewing personal development plans, identifying developmentsolutions at both a team and individual level. Working with management teams and with individuals on a one-to-one basisin order to design and implement development programmes. Supplier Liaison Building relationships with Training Partnersand Providers ensuring that their needs surrounding delivery to and relationship with the company are met. Building andmaintaining records regarding performance and evaluation of ROI. Ensuring that all internal and external formal trainingevents are prepared for and resourced appropriately and are fully ready to commence at the designated time. Preparing andcollating all accompanying documentation necessary for programme rollout. Development & Delivery Identifying whereformal courses or programmes are the appropriate method of learning support. Drawing on own and other available expertiseand resources to build new or adapt existing courses to address the learning objectives. Professional delivery of basicpersonal skills training which may include presentation skills, report writing, business communication skills and systemsknowledge. Delivery and development of products and services training across the organisation. Reporting & Analysis Preparing monthly and BSC reports on activity levels, value and expenditure, as well as key observations on successes andchallenges. Presenting projects/ideas to selected groups. Maintaining responsibility of Learning & Development portal,including accuracy of all programme details, resources and information. Proactively identifyin |
