Ufi also runs the learndirect - national learning advice service, which offers impartial information, adviceand guidance from nearly a million courses from providers nationwide.Ufi aims to improve national productivity by driving up demand for learning, helping adults improve their employabilityby acquiring new knowledge and skills, and helping businesses become more competitive.Job Description:In this role you will be responsible for the supporting the Learning Services team by producing management informationbased on the analysis of customer data.Your responsibilities will include:- * Analysis of customer contact data * Providing reliable management information on recurrent issues and recommending appropriate solutions * Producing weekly and monthly MI reports on complaints * Supporting Ufi requests for data from learner services * Assisting with the processing of customer queries / complaints and identifying any recurring issuesThe success of the post holder will be measured by:- * Ensuring management information is regularly and accurately reported * Ensuring customer data is analysed and issues highlighted at the Continuous Improvement Forum * Learner satisfactionCandidate Specification:To be successful in this role you are required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well aspossessing strong organisational skills.Customer service skills are also essential, as is the ability to produce work of a high standard at all times whilstmeeting tight deadlines.It is also important that you have experience of analysing and interpreting large amounts of data.Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential and your Excel skills should be at the stage where you are able to generatemacro's and formulas.Key Skills / Competencies: * Customer focus * Finds better ways * Working togetherBenefits:Ufi Ltd operates a Group Personal Pension Scheme and makes a contribution equivalent to 10% of an employee's salary.
