Tutor pool tutors are contracted, managed and Q.A.'d through the tutor pool team at Ufi. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Tutor Pool service.Your responsibilities will include:- * Promoting the Tutor Pool Service to the network * Developing and implementing a tutor performance monitoring system * Recruiting tutors for the Tutor Pool services * Reporting regularly on the scale and quality of the Tutor Pool services * Providing regular communications to tutor pool usersThe success of the post holder will be measured by:- * Learner satisfaction * Learning quality * Network and learner satisfaction with Tutor Pool services * Financial margin on Tutor Pool servicesCandidate Specification:An important aspect of this role will be liaising with both internal and external customers and therefore it is essentialthat you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong customer focus.You will have a busy workload with many conflicting deadlines and therefore it is important that you are able toprioritise and organise your time effectively in order to consistently produce work of a high standard.You should also be able to work on you own initiative, enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent MicrosoftOffice skills.KeySkills / Competencies: * Customer focus * Finds better ways * Working togetherBenefits:Ufi Ltd operates a Group Personal Pension Scheme and makes a contribution equivalent to 10% of an employee's salary.
