ROLE - An individual performing the role of Design Authority possesses and effectively uses high levels of analysis and design skills to understand customer business requirements. These requirements will not be highly complex in overall business terms, but still demand a high degree of professional and technical understanding. SKILLS - -- Large Scale Systems Integration & Information Model Design (Data Architecture) - Client Management & Excellent Communication Skills - Experience of UK Health Sector useful but not essential - Experience of UML Modelling - Understanding of the RUP & RUP/SE Methods. - Oracle & J2EE expertise preferred.
