The art of successful negotiating is all about building strong relationships. You will be sensitive to the many personal and emotional issues surrounding the let and be able to create an atmosphere of trust and confidence as you take customers through the process. You will need to have communication skills and be someone who can get the right balance between the landlord and tenant. You will need a good track record in lettings, have good IT skills and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.Essential skills:Proven track record in lettings (1 - 2 years) Computer literacy Outgoing personality Ability to think on your feet Full driving licence Preferable skills:Local knowledge of area |
