DESCRIPTION:This unique opportunity is for a Life Scientist with Perl scripting skills together with the ability to manage anddevelop information systems on Linux / Windows platforms. You will be working closely with the Product Development teamresponsible for the suite of ontology creation, management and application tools that all incorporate state of the artautomation and ontologically enhanced data and text mining processes.REQUIREMENTS:Good IT skills to include MS office applications, Outlook, Web services and internet, RDBMS (preferably Oracle ), Linux,Windows 2000 (administration ), VPN, firewalls but mainly a good understanding of Perl ideally form the re-use angle.This is a friendly and mentally stimulating environment where you can be involved in a wide variety of duties, haveexposure to new technology and play a part in the in put of new ideas. * Based near Cambridge * Excellent salary and career potential If you are keen to progress your career in a customer focused role where you and you colleagues can really make a difference please call us now! |
