They need someone who has completed their law degree and have a minimum of 1 years experience of insurance litigation.You will have a certain amount of drive and determination as they want someone who would support the development of theteam.To fit this role: You will have had experience of fire, flood, impact damage and subsidence claims Proven ability to handle your own caseload A knowledge of Small Claims Court and Fast Track Experience of settling PleadingsYou will also need: Strong negotiation skills Experience of ADR Advocacy skills Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing A reasonable level of I.T skills Good sense of humour!If you would like to be considered for this position, please send a copy of your CV, along with a covering letter asap.Bridge Recruitment operates as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business. |
