About the roleWe are looking for a candidate who has a good attention to detail and who has a methodical approach to work.Duties include:Produce monthly reports on computer.Liaise with personnel in the Loan Set section of Customer Services workflow.Check equipment after each use to find out what needs to be invoiced and updated within the set.Prepare paperwork to be invoiced.Make sets good, ready for next time they are required.Filing - assist where necessary.Hours of work 8.00 am to 5.00; 40 hours per week.Who we're looking forMethodical.Good attention to detail.Team player.Word and Excel.About the employerWorking for an established company based in Welwyn Garden City.Salary, benefits and trainingBasic salary approx.Annual bonus.Pension / Life Assurance scheme / BUPA.Private health insurance.Location: Welwyn Garden CityStart date: 19/10/2005 |
