As a member of asmall but busy team, reporting into the Warehouse Planning Manager the role of Logistics Analyst is wide and variedproviding a proactive link between Head Office functions and the Distribution Centres on projects aimed at improving theoverall quality of customer service delivered and reducing operational costs.Skills:Ideally qualified to degree level, but not essentially so, it is expected that the successful candidate will have aminimum of 2 years warehousing and distribution experience.The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability and commitment to deliver measurableresults to agreed timescales.Good PC, analytical and financial skills are further requirements for success in this role as is the ability to work onones own initiative and to a high standard without supervision.Involvement in projects throughout our clients network will necessitate periods of work at regional distribution centresacross the UK.If you want to grow both yourself and those around you, then by joining our Client you will receive quality training anddevelopment, together with excellent career prospects.The starting salary will be dependant upon the successful candidates experience and skill set and is likely to be aroundthe GBP 20-22k mark.
