This company are a fast expanding air conditioning & heating company with a wide range of clients. They currently requirea Service Manager to take complete responsibility for all activities involved in the running & development of a busyservice department. The successful candidate will be managing 12 tradesmen directly employed, approximately 10 specialist10 specialist subcontractors and a small administration team based in the office. This position has become availablebecause the company are expanding.The company is jointly owned by two Directors, one of which the Service Manager will report ot on a daily basis.Suitable candidates will have been in the air conditioning or M&E building Services environment for at least 10 years.You will have experience of an asset management system and scheduling of visits, being capable of building long termrelationships with cleints. Will need to be commercially astute with good contractual knowledge & management. You willalso need to have the commitment to grow the service department from GBP 0.5 million up to GBP 5 million in the next 3 years.You will cover London and the home counties, predominantly the south east. |
