To work co-operatively with other team members, and other functions to achieve department goals and targets.Essential Skills: To demonstrate good hands on manufacturing ability. Previous experience of setting and operatingmachine tools, for example lathes or grinding machines. Ability to read engineering drawings and work with manufacturingpaperwork (works orders). Use appropriate measuring equipment, for example vernier callipers. Methodical. Attentionto detail. Can work as part of a team.
