About the role- Evaluate and determine best solution for business requirements.- Ensure relevant audit trail for all MI requests.- Conduct business impact analyses and report findings.- Maintain and develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.- Provide technical advice and support to relevant customers, colleagues and stakeholders.- Identification of process failures, opportunities for improvement and making appropriate recommendations.Who we're looking for- Visual Basic Applications (IT).- Business Objects.- SQL.- A commitment to develop new skills.- 5 GCSE passes (Grade A - C) including Maths and English).- Experience of working in a customer service environment.- Experience in Microsoft Word / Excel.- Strong team player.- Good communication skills.- Ability to remain motivated in a changing working environment.- Ability to work to tight deadlines.It is also desirable that you have some experience of the following:- Experience of systems development.- Experience of working on projects.- Previous experience of coaching.About the employerOur client is listed in the FTSE 100 and has sites across the UK.
