We not only maintain keybusiness functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centres and BPO Businesses.Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases,an Accenture office.Client Operations people are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or severalclients. They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The difference withworking in one of these functions at Accenture is that you'll be in a front-line role. In others, you may provide provenservices to more than one client, making every day different and interesting. But you will always be focused ondelivering high performance.Key duties of the role: * To prepare daily, weekly and monthly routine Multimedia Management Information (MI) * To review the accuracy of reported information * To prepare ad hoc Multimedia MI reports * To handle and resolve daily clerk sale queries * To assist with the development of new MI reporting * To provide support for Retail MI team * MI Support Assistant accountabilities include: * Liaising directly with business counterparts on a daily basis. * Production of routine daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Multimedia MI to an agreed timetable. * Developing and maintaining an in depth knowledge of Multimedia MI reporting processes. * Reviewing Multimedia MI reports produced, to identify, justify or correct anomalies prior to distribution. * Supporting and contributing to the Multimedia MI development and continual improvements process. * Dealing with Multimedia clerk sales queries, branch queries and ad hoc requests promptly and effectively. * Providing regular cover and support for the Retail MI team. * Being a key and flexible member of the Business Support team.If you join Accenture you can make great ideas happen for some of the world's most dynamic companies.
