The PersonFor success in this role, you will have an extensive history from within the accountancy and finance recruitment sectors.Experience at a Senior Consultant level or above is also essential along with tangible management abilities. The team islikely to develop in size quite quickly (within 6-8 months) and so the ability to adapt positively to changing demands isalso required.The Company:Big name recruiter within the Accountancy / Finance, Media and Investment sectors, benefiting from a well-establishedclient community with high repeat business success. Central London corporate location with wide-reaching business links.The Role:To maintain and manage the existing team of 3 consultants, whilst exploring new opportunities to expand the division anddevelop new business. The Part-Qualified Finance Media team operate within the Marketing, Publishing and Entertainmentsectors. The new Manager will be looked to for encouraging methods of working that increase the divisions financialvalue and standing within the company overall. |
