This is achieved primarily through partnering relations with leadingretail, financial and public sector organisations. They have a distinctive philosophy of excellence and innovation whichhas seen the business grow 300% in 5 years with turnover now in excess of GBP 100 million. In line with continueddevelopment, they now seek to appoint a dynamic main board Managing Director who can further develop and grow thisalready exciting business.The Role: Provide leadership and strategic direction to the business, analysing market and commercial opportunities andtactically providing the direction to ensure success. Exploit the business' current markets. Review, identify and evaluate expansion opportunities into new sectors. Develop and maintain relationships at an executive level with existing and potential key clients.The Requirements: A proven Managing Director, you will take ownership of the companys commercial, operational and financial performance,demonstrating drive, energy and determination. You will be commercially rounded, able to develop strong client relationships whilst having the ability to inspire andlead an established team. Experience in the fit-out or construction industry would be a distinct advantage, however, quality candidates fromallied or other sectors will be considered. |
