GBP 60 OTE - Manned Security/Guarding Services/Business Development Manager/Sales Manager. My client is one of the market leaders of Manned Security Solutions to the UK Market and prides itself on its impeccable reputation for service and quality. This company is extending upon massive success in the UK, and as a result of an internal promotion, an opportunity has become available for a driven Sales Professional to join their highly successful Sales team. Managing a territory spanning from London to Birmingham, you will be reporting to the UK Sales Manager, and be responsible for creating new business through cold calling and developing warm leads. Given the size of the territory, you will ideally be based in Manchester or Leeds. You will be involved in developing business for this company's full range of Manned Security Solutions. You will be involved in ongoing training and development and high achievers will be considered for numerous career opportunities within the company on a nation wide level. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years B2B direct sales experience, preferably with a Manned Security/Guarding background, however may not be necessary if you have a highly successful track record within a similar industry, dealing with senior decision makers. You will have a real hunger for success and the desire to progress your career in sales with a market leader. You will be articulate, hard working, have superb attention to detail and be immaculately presented. In addition to vast career opportunities, you will be rewarded with a generous base salary of GBP 35-40K with realistic OTE of GBP 53-60K uncapped in addition to a fully expensed company vehicle, pension, full health benefits and the usual tools of the trade.
