Supplying some 3,000 OEMs and utility customers world wide, with sales totaling $461 million in 04 to make them a major global player. In addition, they also operate alongside a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems. To ensure fast track recruitment with excellent feedback to candidates, we will be using an assessment process lasting about a day with an introductory session the evening before - this is programmed to take place in late September / early October.Salary packages on offer will be in the region of GBP 30,000 base salary, plus bonus and large company benefits. Relocation assistance is on offer for candidates where eligible and if appropriate.Skills and background requirements for these positions may be drawn from a variety of different disciplines including perhaps; Manufacturing, Quality or Operations.Managers already within the organisation have many different educational backgrounds but, as you would expect, engineering disciplines tend to predominate. Candidates will have a successful track record of achievement over one or two years, post qualification, and will be educated to degree level, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and ideally have had some team leadership experience. |
