: My highly regarded client is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Manager to lead the manufacturing and engineering teams. The role will require you to deliver an effective operation on a day to day basis. You will drive the team to achieving the set KPis and keeping costs within budget. You will help install a culture of continuous improvement and world class production techniques. You will also effectively lead the maintenance team ensuring PPM systems and projects are successfully organised. You will need to be degree educated, preferably in engineering or manufacturing and have at least 2 years experience in leading a manufacturing / production department and 2 years leading an engineering / maintenance team. You will have experience with world class manufacturing tools and be committed to driving forward the company values.
