Leeds based charity are looking to recruit a Fundraising Coordinator FOR BOTH THEIR LEEDS AND BRADFORD OFFICES ! - Candidate must have a strong administration background and ideally some marketing / PR / events / volunteer expereince - DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL !Specific duties include - 1.Responding to enquiries from the public, volunteers, Community Fundraisers and other charity staff, including following up and resolving enquiries on the telephone, by mail and in person.2.Undertaking administrative duties as required, including word processing, answering the telephone and taking messages. Maintaining a clean and comprehensive database as appropriate.3.Providing any statistical information as and when required by the Regional Office.4.Supervising volunteers.5.Assisting with the planning, preparation and marketing of fundraising activities, including any PR and media requirements. 6.Attending events / cheque collections / public speaking as and when required by line manager.7.Dealing with the banking including cash handling, acknowledgement and receipting of income in accordance with Charity Accounting Procedures.8.Attending training, as required.9.Other duties, as requested by the line manager.This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing / pr / events graduate with at least one years administration experience !!
