The role involves processing telephone, paper and direct mail applications. Responding to enquiries from dealershipsregarding the registrations of products and claims payments. Negotiating claims payments for mechanical breakdown andlabour rates which can involve very high valuesThe Person:*Technical qualifications on Motor Vehicles, likely to have at least 4 years experience*A good verbal communicator, happy to speak with internal & external contacts at all levels by telephone & happy tonegotiate fees*Maths and English at GCSE level*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, good keyboard skills are essential*Self motivated, well organised and adept at time management with an eye for detail*Able to work well on own as well as within a team environment & able to use own initiative to resolve unfamiliar issues |
