Description:

A food manufacturer, specialising in chilled food, is looking to recruit a mechanically maintenance engineer, working onshifts.The role will involve working in a team of maintenance technicians, looking after all minor and major breakdowns,specialising on the packaging machinery, in particular flow-wrappers, cartoners and coders.You will be a mechanically biased engineer, with the ability to conduct basic fault-finding on electrical equipmentincluding PLCs. It is essential that you will have several years experience working with packaging machinery, and haveexperience with flow-wrappers specifically. You must be tenacious, proactive, a team player and able to work on your owninitiative.
