My client is one of the worlds largest professional services firms and the fastest growing of the Big Four firms in the UK.You will provide an efficient and professional catering service to meeting rooms. Reporting to: Support Staff Co-ordinator/ Facilities SupervisorSet up meeting rooms to a high standard and arrange catering for all meetings. This will include ordering of all catering and kitchen supplies within budget.Main DutiesSetting up the meeting rooms with lunches, coffee, tea, water etc on a daily basis from 09:30 13:30. Clearing the meeting rooms and ensuring the floor points and telephones are neatly stored in a timely manner.Changing the blotters in each of the meeting room as and when required.Ensuring the credenzas are stocked with cups/saucers etc/.Maintaining and ordering kitchen stock ie water/soft drinks/wine/coffee/ tea/biscuits etc. Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy and surfaces are clear.Setting up conference phones.Set up and clear presentation kit including the litepro and screen.Involvement with the procurement and maintenance of office furniture and other facilities related equipment and servicesGeneralAny other reasonable duties as requestedKnowledge/Experience Required Flexibility is essential to suit the needs and working practices of the department and its customers. Place client service and team-working high on list of attributes and values. Capable of operating as a member of a team and work unsupervised.Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and respond well under pressure. Reasonable written communication skills.
