Description:

Overall purpose:The Mixed Signal/Analog IC Design Engineer will be involved in the design and development of control circuits forinnovative mixed-signal high voltage CMOS ICs. The role will cover the full analog IC design cycle from specificationthrough to testing of circuits at wafer level. Key technical tasks will include working on the micro-architecture, designand layout of a wide variety of analog circuits, such as A/D and D/A converters, reference voltages, clock generators andamplifiers.Main tasks and responsibilities:1) Architectural definition of Analog control circuits2) Detailed design of Analog circuits on CMOS3) Simulation and verification4) Full custom layout5) Documenting all designs for reference6) Wafer level testRole definition and level of authority:The Mixed Signal/Analog IC Design Engineer will work as a key member of the IC Design team on the companys innovativePower ICs. The Mixed Signal/Analog IC design Engineer will be expected to work closely with other members of the designteam, and liaise with people from other technical departments.This role is based at the companys office in Cambridge, UK.
