: Main purpose of role Key Marketing and CRM Management for the development of the UK Business. Key responsibilities Development of existing marketing mediums Creation of new and effective marketing campaigns Utilization of key assets in Spanish HQ to optimize planning Liaison with Financial Analyst to review effectiveness of campaigns Ownership of CRM database suppliers and commercial management thereof. Cross media competitor analysis Work closely with Product and Content teams Monitor market and competitor campaigns to ensure market leading position Constant analysis of: content, subscriptions & channels and their management through the APS (content management in-house developed software platform). Commercially driven: maximize HQ in-house developed content sale locally adapted with a deep channel (Web, Wap, TV, press) knowledge Utilization of Extreme database tool and liaison with Spain to maintain effectiveness of such Effective matching of media calendar to content offerings Management and execution of all campaigns Creative input to the creation of all media by Spanish HQ Desirable Skills and Experience 3-5 years solid marketing experience in new media Excellent communication skills Spanish language a benefit Good IT skills especially experience of WORD and EXCEL Knowledge of mobile services and target market of 16-30 year olds Experience of working with product and technical teams |
