: My client is a dynamic, progressive Financial Services Organisation who have just been acquired by a major player in the field thus opening up new markets / opportunities across the coard. They are now looking to recruit MS Access / SQL Developer to join there already successful team. The main scope of the role is to expand, maintain and develop their existing in house system ( very extensive SQL Server 2000 operating with an Access 2002 front end). Duties will include - Maintenance, ptimisation and redevelopment of existing systems, Development of new products General user support and troubleshooting of in-house systems and project management You must have a minumum of 5 years developing business applications using MS Access, VBA and SQL server, Experience of working to strict coding standards and change control procedures, Good time and project management skills. Also what is essential the ability to work individually / unsupervised as well as part of team, additionally you will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills.
