National Account Executive, National Account Manager, Sales Executive, Medical Supplies, Medical Equipment, Protective Equipment, Rubber Goods, England, U.K. Wide OTE GBP 45,000 Join one of the market leaders in the medical supplies industry selling industrial and domestic medical supplies. Our clients are a global organisation, specialising in protective products and equipment for the primary healthcare market place. They also have a strong presence in the Retail Sector, providing a large range of specialised goods and well known protective brands into the major multiple retail chains. Due to regular growth and expansion, they are now seeking to expand their National Account Team. This is a fully autonomous field sales role reporting directly to the U.K Sales Director and working with assigned Accounts across the U.K. You will be selling a full portfolio of products including established brands and new market developments, targeting major multiple supermarkets and retail chains. You will be given accounts within your territory and be expected to retain and maximise these key accounts as well as develop new business and help this rapidly expanding company move to the forefront of the industry. The range of decision makers you will be expected to deal with can be as diverse as the products in your portfolio, including Procurement Directors, Supplies Managers and other senior buyers. To be successful in this role you will, obviously, come from a FMCG or OTC sales background, ideally medically related, and have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets in a similar National Account Role. In addition to this the right candidate will be experienced and competent in dealing with all manner of decision makers, be able to think quick on their feet and be able to act as a consultant, relationship builder and salesperson all wrapped into one. If you have existing contacts within this arena then not only are you perfect for this great position but are also in a fantastic position to negotiate a very competitive salary! Ideally you will have experience selling to major retailers including: TJ Morris, Somerfield, Lidl, Wilkinsons, although the role will develop to include Morrisons and Sainsbury's within 6 months.
