Description:

Tired of kicking goals for a team that doesn't reward you - well now is the time for a mid season transfer to the top team in the (Sport Fashion) industry! My client is a major global player in the Sporting industry having established itself over 40 years ago. This multinational company is currently adding to its diverse range of products and looking to gain a larger market share in the UK Sports Clothing and Footwear market. With massive financial backing, this company is certain to become a major player within this industry and is currently looking for an experienced, National Account Manager/ Key Account Manager to help develop and grow existing National Retail Accounts throughout England. You will be responsible for selling this company's complete range of high quality Sporting Clothing and Footwear. Reporting to the European Sales Director you will be responsible for creating new business through establishing new retail accounts, as well as maintaining, growing and developing an elite portfolio of existing accounts. You will also be responsible for managing a number of Major Retail Multiples. You will be expected to produce regular accurate forecasts, competitor analysis reports, expanding Sku lines, product development as well as conducting product training presentation's. Although this is a home-based role with some European travel, you would be expected to get the Head Office (South East) 2-4 times per month. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years sales experience in the Fashion industry, preferably with a strong Sports Clothing and/or Footwear background. You will have extensive experience dealing with Major Retail Multiples and Speciality Footwear Outlets, with a history of not only managing a multi-million (GBP ) pound target, but also successfully expanding product lines and growing overall business. You will be confident presenting to senior level buyers/decision makers and have the ability to produce insightful business plans and marketing strategy. You will also ideally be degree qualified and be looking to join a company that can offer a long-term career, leading into management. This company will pay what it takes to get the right individual on board with initial indications are a GBP 30,000 Base Salary with a realistic GBP 36,000 Uncapped OTE + Car + Travel + Pension + All the standard work.
