Our Client is a world leader in generic pharmaceuticals. The company develops, manufactures and markets these medicinesas well as pharmaceutical and biotechnological active ingredients.Responsibility for Wholesale / Key Account Division.Ensuring sales and profit targets are met on an ongoing basis, with each member of the Key Account Team maximising theirpotential, personally within accounts.To explore business opportunities within the UK market, to define the companies strategic direction and then plan theimplementation across all sectors.ResponsibilitiesSales and profit for Key Account division.Sales and profit for National Accounts.Accountable for Key Account Managers performance and development.Development and implementation of wholesale marketing plans.Ensure sales and profit maximisation by both retail and wholesale divisions through effective communication and strategicsales initiatives.Designing flexible structure for Key Accounts to ensure that long-term goals can be achieved through the use of existingresources.Pro-actively ensuring that the companies position in the market is enhanced through structural changes in the UK, by thedesigning of strategies to work with dominant market partners.To report to UK Board as and when required.To identify and size product opportunities within the UK to enhance and utilise the organizations sales and marketingforce. |
