My Client is urgently seeking an AVAYA Engineer to Provide telephone and on site support technical diagnosis & to ensureall reported problems are resolved efficiently. Troubleshoot logged faults in order to accurately isolate the cause andprovide working solutions. Liaise with vendors where necessary in order to resolve vendor-related issues. Monitorprogress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved. This is a role which involves providingon site technical support primarily around AVAYA telephone technology.
