: My client, a leading 3G operator, is looking for a Network Performance Engineer to join the team. You will be required to review network performance and carry out network optimisation to improve the quality of the service in the network area and ensure that the sites are reaching their capacity. This will be achieved by using drive test data, network counters and the use of various planning and optimisation tools and techniques to find innovative solutions. GSM/3G network planning and optimisation experience essential. Project People act as an employment agency in respect of permanent positions, and an employment business in respect of temporary and contract positions.
