Click here to view current Secretarial : Admin / Southern England jobs.  Job Details: Title: Night Receptionist/ Security Location: Oxfordshire Salary: None specified Description: About the roleYou must be able to work on a night shift rota basis.You will be working working on the front of house reception, where you will be conducting a variety of duties:Responding to customer needs with courtesy and initiative.Receiving visitors and telephone calls.Security of the buildings and grounds, including car parks - CCTV covers external areas.Handling fire or other emergency situations, which could include assisting with evacuation of any disabled visitors.Setting furniture and equipment in teaching, syndicate and dining rooms as required with help available.Assisting with cleaning of public areas overnight, to maintain a tidy appearance (occasional).Clerical and keyboard work which includes knowledge of e-mail, internet, basic word processing and spreadsheets.Other adhoc duties.Location: OxfordshireStart date: 1/11/2005 Click here to view current Secretarial : Admin / Southern England jobs.
