Ref No: 592 Vacancy: Night SupervisorLocation: Trafford Park, ManchesterWould suit Ex Forces Junior NCOMain duties include: Oversee loading of vehicles & stock check To manage a small team of operatives & drivers Ensure that drivers keep vehicles clean at all times and that drivers are on time Ensure that Tacographs are filled in properly To support the Managing Director in effectively leading the company to achieve performance & quality standards. Supervise, lead & coach shift employees to achieve individual & team targets. Ensuring potential safety hazards are eliminated and controlled Reviewing, challenging and improving all processes, procedures and practices within area of responsibility Allocating all resources to achieve best resultsKnowledge/experience/qualities required: You should have a thorough understanding of quality standards, & codes of conduct in the workplace Excellent communication, organisational and motivational skills The ability to identify and initiate change, the understanding of the requirements of a change culture To have worked within a fast moving, results driven environment Experience within a team working environmentWorking hours: 22:00-06:00hrsSalary: GBP 18-21k dep on exp
