The companys networked terminals provide consumers with the broadest range of up todate entertainment, betting, gaming and music, generating over GBP 20 million of revenue per annum.The RoleThe role of this position is to ensure a smooth and consistent day-to-day running of the offices. Based mainly in theLondon office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an extremely busy office.The successful candidate will be highly motivated and multifaceted in order to be able to work both within a team and ontheir own, and will have the drive to take control of the office and to take ownership of situations that arise.You will be responsible for looking after the general organisation of the office, organising desks (purchasing furniturethrough supplier) and computers (via IT helpdesk) for new joiners and existing staff and organising officemoves/re-shuffles. There are many things that you will be required to arrange from contracts for general maintenance tostationary orders, couriers and travel for the office.The position will also involve ensuring the company is up to date with all Health and Safety legislation via LLG andupdating Health and safety manuals, this may require attending courses if necessary.The PersonYou will be required to have at least 2 years relevant experience in an office/administrative environment, working withSenior Managers/Directors. A minimum typing speed of 50 wpm is required. You will also have competent PC skills includingMS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and exceptional administrative and organisational skills.They are looking for someone really dynamic, flexible, able to take over responsibilities quickly and manage all sort ofdifferent tasks in a professional manner.The candidate should also be an excellent communicator and comfortable operating in a fast moving commercial environment,able to focus on the tasks at hand whilst managing turning business requirements into visible results. |
