Online Advertising Systems Developer - .NET XML HTML - Berkshire We are looking for a developer to work on a number of internal and client facing tools and systems required by the online advertising department. You will be part of the development team, but dedicated to the production of tools and reporting systems that interface with the major search engines such as Google and Yahoo, as well as online tracking systems such as Atlas through their APIs. You will be working directly with the online advertising account management team from scoping of these systems to roll out and beyond. You will be required to keep up to date with all emerging technologies and techniques, such as ASP.NET and web services. The Requirements Experience: 4 years as a New Media/ Web Developer. You will be able to demonstrate your experience through the portfolio of work you have been involved with. Education: To degree level or equivalent experience. Technical Level: HTMLStrong XML/XSLTStrong NETStrong MS Access:Good SQL ServerGood Web ServicesGood JavaScriptGood VBScript:Good ASP:Good SOAP:Good Core Skills: You will have a sound understanding of the required development languages. You will be self motivated and able to run with the project and develop ideas with limited input from project management. You will be able to manage your own time to ensure delivery of projects within defined timescales. You will have excellent communication skills. You will have a keen eye for quality and pay strict attention to detail. An in-depth understanding of online advertising will be given and is not a requirement.
