Must have thorough understanding of media and the marketing mix gained in a media agencies sales environment or client side. Fully conversant in buying models (CPC, CPA, CPM and Hybrid). Strong account management skills in managing creative and media agencies. Experience of setting up campaigns. Through understanding of affiliate networks, search engine optimisation, brand awareness and paid for inclusion search activity. Ability to communicate and present to both internal and external parties at all levels. Must have market place and brand awareness. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
