Description:

: You will be ensuring that the customer is able to use the toolset satisfactorily, and take on board any changes or enhancements that the customer would benefit from. It is also the Support Specialists duty to ensure that tools are kept in a fit for purpose state and that any faults or issues are quickly resolved.
