: Operation Analyst for a successful ISP to gather data on, analyse and report on events occurring on its networks,perform root cause analysis, recommend changes and improve communications with customers. You must have 5+ yearsexperience in the ISP/Telecoms sector in a role providing a good overview of how components sit together; good IP andUnix knowledge; knowledge of monitoring systems; and an understanding of ad hoc ISP services.
