Our client is one of the worlds leading insurers and currently requires a successful Operations Service Leader (Resource& Planning) to work out of one of their busy contact centres. The role will involve producing management informationreports and trend analysis, as well as assessing the quality of calls. You will need to have excellent communicationskills and good people management ability. You must have a minimum of 5 years contact centre experience and a proventrack record of motivational leadership and analysis.
