My client, a world leader in their field is looking for an Operations and Billing Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have had at least 8-10 years operational management experience with management of client expectations and Utilities or Telecommunications market knowledge. You will have extensive billing experience including Geneva Billing Platform with your Technical skills including Unix and SQL. You will have full line management responsibility for a small group of operational analysts. On a day to day basis you will liase with the client account manager, technical incident management groups and have responsibility for the management of the live system to ensure SLA and OLA agreements are being met. You will have 8-10 years of experience in an operational management role, preferably within the utilities or telecommunications markets. Hands on experience of the total operational customer billing process, including sales and sign up, provisioning, fit to bill, mediation, billing and collection is essential for this role. Experience of billing, ideally exposure to Geneva or similar billing solution and proficient technical skills, including SQL and Unix knowledge will be further essential skills for this role. Strong problem solving skills/creativity to find innovative solutions should be the over-arching feature of your experience and it should be clear where you have applied these skills throughout all of your work.
