Job Description:Premier Travel Inn is the UK's No 1 hotel network, with over 450 hotels nationwide. The company is a merger of 2 greatbrands - Travel Inn and Premier Lodge and is part of Whitbread Plc, the UK's leading hospitality company.We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader/Duty Manager to assist the General and Deputy Manager in the smoothrunning of the hotel, ensuring the delivery of Premier Travel Inn brand standards.The key responsibilities of the role are:1. Assist in the daily running of reception, food beverage and housekeeping to ensure that Premier Travel Inn brandstandards are maintained.2. To assist in the recruitment, training and development of all team members.3. Lead and motivate the team on a daily basis to assist in the maintaining of Premier Travel Inn standards.4. Ensure all the team understand and are working to all health safety, fire and security policies.Requirements:- Previous reception, food and beverage, housekeeping and leadership experience.- Financial awareness.- Computer literate.- Good communication skills, written and verbal.- Flexible in work patterns and methods.- Be able to work as part of a team.- Lead by example.- Be self-motivated and driven for results.- Attention to detail and analytical.Job Division: HotelsLocation: West Yorkshire |
