The role of a Development Executive would suit a hard-working, highly motivated person who enjoys head to headnegotiations with potential landlords ranging from private individuals to Board Directors of large corporateorganisations.A Develop Executive must be confident, with excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team andindividually when out of the office. A good working knowledge of Word and Excel is also required.The general duties of a Development Executive would involve:- Identifying and securing new advertising panels (large format) within the London and South East areas. Establishing and maintaining relationships within local authorities and private sector organisations. Preparation and negotiation of standard legal documentation. Submitting and negotiating planning applications in close liaison with planners.
